The lawyer Dugnani has graduated in law at the University of Milan and is following his professional qualification at the Court of Appeal of Milan.
After having worked together with the most prestigious lawyer's offices in Milan with international orientation he can reinforce his own professional and international experience within the EU and governmental Institutions.
He covered the position of government adviser within the "European Convention", chaired by Mr. V. Giscard d'Estaing, for the elaboration of a draft of the Constitutional European Treaty and he also covered the position of EU legal adviser for the Institutional Reforms Ministry.
Furthermore he is carrying out the function as legal adviser for a European Parliament member within the works of the Parliamentary Committees "International Trade" and "External affairs".
He sets up the Dugnani law firm in Milan, with the specification of the activities on the trade field and international business and very quickly develops the structures in European and Asian context.
